Ni River is a Church of LIFE Groups
God expects that we will grow in relationship with both Him and with each other. We believe at Ni River the best way to grow in both of those relationships is through LIFE groups. A LIFE group is any small group that meets together and is led by a shepherd who is concerned about leading people closer in authentic relationship with each other and with God. That relationship may happen in a small group of people who become friends through home Bible Study or it may happen among a group of friends who serve others in a ministry team. The key is that the group meets consistently and maintains an air of authenticity living out God’s two greatest commandments:

"Jesus replied: '"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: "Love your neighbor as yourself." All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.'" Matthew 22:37-40 NIV

To find out how you can take the next step in getting connected at Ni River, stop by the Connection Center on Sunday or email us at lifegroups@niriver.org.

Mixed LIFE Groups

 God - WhoRU?
The focus of our group is to develop a better understanding of our relationship with God. In other words, who and where is God as we struggle through life? How do we hear His voice in the midst of decision making or crisis managment? When I ask the question, "Who am I", is it really important who I am or is it more important who God is?

The Revolution
The Revolution is a community of college students and twenty-somethings striving to uncover a real faith in Jesus Christ that can move mountains!

They have questions about God and Christianity. They live real lives and have real issues. They don't fit in a box. They want to see something more than just the normal everyday routines of life. They desire acceptance. They desire change. They desire to be real with themselves and others. They all want to be a part of something revolutionary!

The Revolution is about Jesus Christ and loving people right where they are. The Revolution is sold out to connecting others to the life changing truth of Jesus Christ and will do anything short of sinning to do it.

 Re-Created In His Image
We will focus on a return to the balanced state of spiritual and physical health that God created us to be in.
