We live in an ever-changing world! Don’t like what you see on the societal landscape... wait for it... wait for it... wait for it... BAM! There it is! It has changed! Everything seems to be changing at an alarming rate of speed including that society is constantly questioning values and morals and world-view philosophies. All of these changes that seemed to be forced on society without society totally wanting them have caused great havoc throughout history (think of The Salem Witch Trials, The French Revolution, The Holocaust, and The American Slavery Apartheid) were allowed by people simply believing the bullies who were in power. Only when individuals within that society began to Un-Think what society was telling them to think did true change happen. God loves Un-Thinkers! As a matter of fact, you might say that Jesus is the model for Un-Thinking. He refused to accept the mold that He was expected to fit into and challenged the going thought of His day. In this series, we embark on a challenge to Un-Think our World!
  • September 13 – Un-Thinkers Unite! - - Outline
Today we make a case for Un-Thinking our world we live in. So often we just live in this world and accept its philosophies and practices into our lives without even thinking about what that means and how it is impacting our lives in a negative way. Everything is up for grabs and we will self-evaluate and society–evaluate everything so that we can seek out the truth and live by it, even if it hurts.

  • September 20 – The Un-Thinkers Honor Code - (mp3 not available) - Outline
There is such a thing as an Un-Thinker’s Honor Code. You see, the Non-Thinker's Code is that you must conform to whatever the Non-Thinker establishes as “The Way.” The Non-Thinker does not allow for thinking outside the boundaries of his/her thought and will persecute, prosecute, and punish all who think adversely. However, God’s Spirit of Un-Thinking values the Body as a whole. God even built into the whole Un-Thinker’s philosophy a system of thought that insured that all bases would be covered.

  • September 27 – Un-Thinkers’ Universal Truths (Part A) -- Outline
Un-Thinkers choose to live by general Universal Truths that do not limit thought but provide logical and loving boundaries for living out the ideal of God’s ultimate Truth. The Un-Thinker will seek out what is Truth as God has revealed it and endeavor to hate that which is evil – The Un-Truth. As we seek to hear God’s Word in our Fleeting Thoughts and test it against God’s Word in the Bible, we will know that which is “good” to be clung to in life with knuckle-whitening grip and that which is “evil,” non-thinking ideals that fight against the Un-Thinker’s Honor Code of loving God with all our heart and loving our neighbor as ourself. 

  • October 4 - Un-Thinkers’ Universal Truths (Part B) -- Outline
The second Universal Truth of the Un-Thinker is to wait on God to lead one in life. We all play a role in His great play. Too often we feel it all-important that we take control of our life and move it because He is way too slow. We allow our emotions to motivate and move us to actions that we later regret. But God asks us to Un-Think this philosophy and wait on Him to work life out for us. It is time to Un-Think the culture and live independently in an evil world and slowly turn that evil non-thinking into the Good Un-Thinking of God!
